I placed a mobile order at approximately 3 pm on Sunday, March 24, 2024 and picked it up in the drive thru. My iced coffee had a fake fingernail in it that had a light purple background with white flowers. I did not discover this until I had consumed the entire coffee. When I called, no one answered. This place is not safe to get food from. Won’t be back.

Everything was fine. The new hire was taking our order not sure if you just threw them on the register but I felt she didn't have any training. She wasn't the issue tho we've all been the newbie and training was never fun. I left off a star because there were only like 6 different kinds of donuts to choose from...at 9am! Kids got no long john's so they weren't happy at all

On my way to the first day of my new job & need to make a quick stop for coffee. I saw a Dunkin' & decided to save time stop here as I'm minutes from the office. Ofcourse the drive thru was packed but inside was empty. I went inside & ordered a midnight coffee with caramel & almond milk.I waited over 10 minutes for my coffee for it to still be wrong & taste stale.I will not be back.
