I love this location, Jenni, along with a few other employees (they wear glasses and I don't know their names I'm sorry!) but they are all the best and have only made me feel loved as a customer always having my order on time and really well made as well this definitely one of the kindest and sweetest Dunkin in Phoenix
I was there to get my baby some donuts and for the family, I guess they was mad or had bad day, we only get to pick 3 type of donuts, not happy but since I ready promised my kid a good donut I got this stuff, unknown why they didn't let's us get other choice.but .

Everything was fine. The new hire was taking our order not sure if you just threw them on the register but I felt she didn't have any training. She wasn't the issue tho we've all been the newbie and training was never fun. I left off a star because there were only like 6 different kinds of donuts to choose from...at 9am! Kids got no long john's so they weren't happy at all
