I purchased avocado TOAST through the drive-thru. When I arrived to my destination, I had COLD bread with avocado spread on it. The bread was literally COLD and soggy as if it had just thawed out. It was ridiculous! I would give food a zero if I could. No sea salt or black pepper and no everything bagel seasoning. Seems as it they weren't trained on making this menu item. I tried calling the store but only got a recorded message. If I wasn't on my way to work I would have went back immediately. VERY disappointed and won't be coming back to this location again.

I absolutely hate this Dunkin’ Donuts. Every time I go I asked for light ice they always fill it all the way up to the top with the ice and the people who work there are rude. They just aren’t friendly at all. They don’t make eye contact with you when you order or when they hand you your order.

It tasted like day old doughnuts hard dry, not fresh . Service was like I was bothering them . And it wasn't even busy . I was the only one in line inside . Hardly had any doughnuts to pick from .

I normally don't come to Dunkin in general but this one this morning- the staff was respectful due to the demand,took some time but food was fresh a delicious next time ill ask for less ice but in ALL thank you guys for making my morning

Ive given this location many chances but something is always wrong. Either they're out of flavors or the machine is broken. I have my go to order that I've had for years and I've noticed that they always make my drink different. Thought maybe it was new workers or something but ive tried for 4 months. Inconsistency in all their drinks. Worst dunkin I've been to. At this point I prefer starbucks. Better service and quality there. Plus they charge for water 🙄 in Arizona bruh
This location is kind of a disaster. Expect to wait a while for your stuff. Every time I’ve gone they take a while but my coffee always tastes good so it’s okay but don’t go in a rush

Last Saturday I was getting my tires done next store and wanted to get a coffee with a breakfast sandwich. When I walked in I waited at the counter for almost 6 min until I saw someone in the back. What I heard was a lot of social media going on regarding tik tok. Once I got the lady she serviced me and I ordered. Coffee was on point but my breakfast sandwich was burnt on both sides. I also wanted to buy some coffee grounds to go but noticed that the selection was not really there. Other than that this establishment was clean but could have looked a lot more presentable. Thank you for having me Dunkin until next time.

Waste of time and space .place is horrible,dirty and wait times are ridiculous at opening waiting in line 15 min for a coffee.employees do not care at all and look less than professional at work and or in drugs
I got a maple bacon croissant it was cold everything in it. For drink i got the hot latte pumpkin spice signature it was just milk it had no flavor. The workers where screaming at each other, a lot of people waiting. NEVER COMING BACK !!!

I went to this Dunkin on 11/30/2024 at 2:38 and I was calling out for help and they purposely ignore me this is ridiculous do better😔
I am a fan of Dunkin Donuts in general, however, this location has let me down more times than I care for that ultimately brings me to write this review. 4 times within a 3 month time frame, I have placed a mobile order (usually around 5:30 am-within their hours of operation) just to arrive to the location with no one at the store. Why am I able to place a mobile order if there's no one at the store to receive the order? It's been an incredibly frustrating thing to experience this same issue more than one time. It genuinely sucks that this is the location closest to my house and my place of work and yet, I can't rely on this location at all anymore. I'm no longer going to waste my time and money at this location. Please, do better - people spend their hard earned money getting this service, and it's incredibly disrespectful to waste people's time, money and energy.
