Placed my order, sat at the drive-through for almost 20 minutes because they wouldn’t process any card payments so they would rather throw food away and waste everyone’s time while not being able to use their own equipment
I’ve worked and lived in the area and have been coming to the location close to a year now. Drink-wise, the quality is great. I feel whiplash with the service each time though. I’ll occasionally get someone who is extremely friendly but most times it’s unfriendly customer service. I started avoiding coming weekday mornings and opt for a location completely out of my way because the young man with nail polish working the drive-thru is unpleasant and doesn’t respond to good morning or anything. He just holds the drink out of the window.

I placed a Mobil order this morning at 8:10 am at this location because it’s usually the closest to my home and workplace. I did not notice one of my cups had writing on it until I got to my workplace and saw that they had written “Dunkin DEEZ NUTZ” on my cup! My other cup had no writing on it whatsoever, none of the drinks I have ordered in this location have ever had any writing on it, I find it incredibly inappropriate to write this type of stuff on customers cups without knowing them it is not a joke and I take it as disrespect. I had to walk into my office with it, having a cup with this writing is not appropriate at work.
Another thing the person at the window usually in the mornings lacks customer service towards customers.
If they choose to put any writing on the cups they should do something more tasteful and appropriate. So be cautious if you visit this location in case one of their employees decides it’s funny to write something inappropriate on your cup without knowing you or where you are headed.

I recommend they properly teach the children who work here. The times I've ordered something, the staff always makes a mistake. I place an order, and they always forget something. On one occasion, they gave me cold hot chocolate; it even disgusted me because it looked like leftovers. Another time, they gave me watered-down, sugar-free hot chocolate, and the bagel with chorizo and egg was overheated and almost burnt. The inexperience of this professional surpasses his reputation.

I just moved here to Arizona from California. Can I say go to the coffee shops out here? It’s like I’m going back in time meaning Starbucks people out here are acting like when Starbucks first came out and they act all like I don’t know what they’re trying to act like but they’re rude to people. They’re just I don’t know. I hate it if it’s not a good vibe you go to Dunkin at least to this one and everyone’s freaking awesome they’re polite. They’re in a good mood even if I think they’re not in a good mood they look like they’re in a good mood. It’s just a good Experience which everyone should just going to go get coffee. I mean it’s not that big of a deal, but for some reason, all the Starbucks in Arizona have attitudes rude and it shows because the managers don’t give two craps. They don’t call you back when you complain so save yourself some heartache if you want to havea good experience and not someone miserable trying to ruin your day come here get your coffee and all honesty is way better than Starbucks. You will thank me later.

The worst breakfast I ever paid for. My bacon egg croissant was completely cold dispute being handed to me out the drive thru seconds before. The cheese wasn't melted or even warm. The eggs were cold. The croissant was flat, depressed, cold and tasteless. Even 20 seconds in a microwave would have helped. One of the worst breakfasts I've ever eaten. Ruined my morning. My wife's coffee was also tasteless. dont even serve hot food if it isn't going to be hot. How do you ruin iced coffee? Just give up and close if this is the effort you're gonna put in

Went through the drive through just now and the guy working the speaker/window made my day. Hilarious guy. I think his name tag said Kevin, he was literally so nice and the world needs more people like him. Drink was great!

Dunkin is a standard affair but I take time today to gush over the supreme service of this location. The staff was super friendly, attentive and professional. This spot should be an example to all in the Valley
