It weired I can almost never can get a sandwich on a plain bagel because it is sold out by 10.30am. I have stopped 3 times during last 2 months and it was always sold out. By thw way they were out of croissant couple times to along with the bagels. I don't wan't to stop here anymore and test my luck. There is no easy car exit from this coner and I stop just to get a donut sandwich. When it is not there the only thing I do is to try to get out from this busy corner, waiting on busy traffic lights to get to the right direction. Very disappointing.

I always activate my Mondays 100 Xtra points and today it did not activate for some reason. I opened the app later in the day and clicked activate to see if it would add to points to my earlier order, it did not. So I called and the guy told me I did not activate it till 1pm and my order was at 5 am (by the way it was only 11am when I called) and if I did I didn't wait the 5 min you apparently have to wait before you order to be able to use. NO where does it say wait 5 min. Basically I'm out out luck, but hey I can use next Monday. There is always a new one on Monday so it REALLY doesn't matter. I am a frequent user of the app, almost every day and 2 X's on the weekends. Are you kidding me that I can't have my Xtra 100 points. I'm actually very upset about this. With the price of their coffee and inconsistency in making them the same, I'm seriously considering going back to Starbucks. A shame to lose a customer you won over for 100 points. But that is the choice this corporation is making. But I'm just one of all their customers, I guess I really don't matter and it shows.

Dunkin' girly here. Dunkin' has never disappointed me. I wish they would make one closer to me. But this is perfect on the way to church on Sundays. Ordered a medium mocha iced coffee and a toasted croissant for myself. Second time, having this toasted consult didn't know it was even the thing, and it is like a game changer for the mornings Since I'm not a big breakfast person.

I came in to get a small latte with light ice. This is what they gave me for $6. And when I ask for it to be filled they said no because âitâs all pre-measuredâ they only offered me more ice? Then when I asked for a medium instead to of course pay the difference, the girls working said no. Itâs 8AM no one else is in line just me and theyâre already on a high horse. Do better.

Dunkin' Donuts has really lost its originality. There are a few donut shops that are really, really great!! I do not recommend Dunkin.
I went in the morning early and the attendant said I will be right with you as he was cleaning something. I am in my mind when a customer walks in you stop and wait on them. So Iâm standing there for a few minutes another customer walks in and goes up to the counter and this blown attendant immediately stops and waits on him, yes before me. I was stunned. This is extremely poor service. I ended up walking out as I did I turned and looked at attendant and he wouldnât make direct eye contact. My recommendation is go someone else.

Horrible I visited today 2/8/25 Dunkin by the banner hospital it took at least 15min to get my food with 2 cars ahead of me I got a coffee and a bagel the bagel is rock hard knock on it and you can hear it so unless you want bad food and bad customer service donât bother coming

I want to make it clear why I will be canceling my membership and my wifeâs. I have 5 vehicles there but I was treated horrible by the Dukin donuts staff. Horrible attitude and I want it to be know this happened today Saturday December 28th morning time. I told them name of order and just had the worst attitude they were all in phones as I was bothering them With my presence and stayed back heard them talking bad about me. Will no longer use that car wash . Never ever use this Dunkin you can see how many bad reviews it has because of the staff

I sent there this morning to purchase donuts to bring into work and share with my coworkers. The employees there gave me old stale donuts from yesterday. They did not taste fresh at all. Do not come here, your better going to a local mom and pop donut shop
