We visited Dust Cutter numerous times during our stay. On the first day we split a bunch of appetizers, they were all very good. The bartenders are all very friendly and attentive. The bar got pretty busy at night when we were there, is had a really fun atmosphere.
This was a great restaurant- accessible via the Renaissance hotel. Food and drinks were perfect. Staff was attentive but also let us sit and chat since they weren’t busy. But it was a bit expensive for what we ordered: 2 burgers 2 cocktails & 1 appetizer and bill was over $130. I will say the burgers were good size and delicious. We are staying at the Renaissance and I have not had the food here, but the service is really good, great beer, wine, and bourbon selection, and the prices are very reasonable. Awesome vibe too. Southwestern.-chic thing going on. Really good spot.
