I stop by Dutch Bros a couple of times a week, and since I recently moved, this is the closest location on my way to work. Unfortunately, it’s probably the worst one I’ve been to. Whether I wait to order or order ahead, it takes the same amount of time, and they still get things wrong. It’s gotten to the point where I’m willing to go out of my way to visit my old location because I know they’ll get my order right and it’s much quicker.

I love Dutch and have never had a bad experience until today. There was a young man taking orders and he told us that we cut in line because we entered through the wrong entrance (there were no signs that said no entrance) so he can’t take our order. We were confused because there was nobody behind us until he came up. When we told him that we didn’t cut, he said that he won’t be taking our orders and that we need to go behind the longer line. (While he was talking another car came through the same entrance) We left because he refused to take our order and was standing around looking at other cars.

I met a nice young man today his name is Juan and he's 17 and when I say he is a truly kind and beautiful soul his mother should be very proud. His customer service was excellent he sat and talked with me and my friend and we didn't even notice we were waiting it was truly a great experience. This young man definitely deserves a raise. I hope nothing but blessings come your way. Everyone i have came in contact with at this location I wish I could name them all because they are truly nice and really help you decide what you want because I was new here. You have made a loyal customer and the coffee is amazing def stop by here you won't regret it. Thanks guys

Dutch Brothers offers an order-ahead feature, but unfortunately, this particular location falls short in its implementation. Despite my repeated visits (which I admit is my fault), they’ve rarely started my drink before I arrive, even when I give them extra time. The walk-up window has been closed since the pandemic, leaving the only option as the drive-through. However, this still involves navigating through the regular traffic, making it an inefficient way to get my beverage.

Today, I attempted to order ahead and arrived to find the line already six cars deep. Unfortunately, this meant I would have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes before receiving my drink, completely defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. As a result, I decided to order a drink from another establishment and pick it up on my way to work without any issues.

I genuinely enjoy Dutch Brothers, and it’s unfortunate that this location fails to meet their reputation. I believe that disabling the order-ahead feature would be a better solution, as it’s clear that they’re not able to fulfill it. This misrepresentation gives customers a false sense of the service they offer.
