I only just discovered Pat's about a month ago. I think I am now 6, or 7 orders in! The pie is NY-style, with a thin bottom, and respectable outer ring on the crust. I am forever asking pizzerias for "light" sauce, but there's no need here. It certainly doesn't overwhelm the cheeze and toppings. I prefer granulated sausage, rather than sliced like it's pepperoni. I was informed of this Pizza establishment from my fellow Doggie Park' parents when I groaned that there are just no "GOOD" places to get pizza these days.
