I understand gluten-free pasta can take longer and that the restaurant was short a cook. My only suggestion is to let customers know that upfront when they order. I was dining with a group, and everyone else had nearly finished eating before my meal arrived. Had I known about the delay, I would have chosen a salad or another quicker option. Giving customers that information upfront allows them to make an informed decision.
I love the mushroom and kale pizza and the bruschetta. So good.
Good food and extensive menu; pizza, sandwiches, kids plates, pasta, salads etc. Staff always friendly, welcoming. Located in the Safeway strip mall.
