The person at the window decided to give himself a tip on their tablet without asking after our card was swiped. I always tip but the fact that we weren’t asked and the highest amount was selected is ridiculous and should not happen.

Awesome Dutch Bros! Gave a few different stickers to my girls! You can go inside and enjoy your beverage! You don't see them like this.

Phenomenal experience, I've worked at Dutch so I always have and will support their culture and shops. But I really wanted to leave a review for this one, because the workers were so unbelievably kind respectful and fast! It genuinely made me want to hang out and talk to them longer!! These special dutches and dutchies truly never fail to make my day/night so much better, even if it was already good!

I just left this place of business and it felt like I was waiting in line for ever(it was actually 26 minutes) there were only 7 cars ahead of me, I watched what the Barista was handing each car 1 cup, 1cup per car and it took 26 minutes, I started to wonder if I was at a coffee place or a drive up therapist office, there was an episode where he decided to what looked like he was going to jump out of the window and into the person's car, whatever he was so excited about must have been pretty good, because he decided to have a really long conversation about it, just like the other cars that came up to his window, I don't know much about the business plan for Dutch bros coffee but it seems like it has something to do with therapy sessions and keeping people locked in their driveways so you can't escape and have to listen to their god awful music that is blaring in your ears from the speakers they have setup thru out the drive up, I mean the people seemed nice but I could never get past the wait and the fact that i just wanted a cup of coffee and get to my destination not sit in a drive thru for for 26 minutes, but hey that's just my experience, I will never go back because of that,

Of all the locations you should definitely have more than enough to hand out. Don’t say you’ll have something and then after like no time passing you have nothing left. Do better.
I am a disabled person and requested my drink be delivered to the patio and gave a generous tip when the order was ready they refused my request very rudely
Amazing drinks and really nice workers
