My first few experiences with Dutch brothers I honestly was not impressed, but I decided to give it another try when evening after work and again, it’s not for me. The Broistas Are all giggling with their friends and our clients and to me it just seems unprofessional. They act like 14-year-olds at a slumber party. Yes, be friendly with your customers, but not at the expense to where you’re denying service to the other customers just because you just want to Connect with friends and gossip.The coffee I get at Quiktrip when I get gas tastes better than what I got at Dutch Brothers. It literally just tastes like water, water and coffee beans. In the end, Dutch Brothers just made me appreciate Starbucks that much more.

5 stars for every staff at this joint!These two in particular absolutely made my day today. (Angelo & Amari) They are so fun and personable and go out of their way to make sure everyone is treated like their long lost friend. The staff remember my order which in itself is a huge feat, and they make it so you want to keep coming come back.I am grateful for my Dutch staff!

Always greeted with a warm welcome when walking up to the window. Blueberry muffin has been cold lately when ordering. Usually, it's warm. Order is sometimes wrong, but other than that, I will continue to visit.

Came on 1/14/24, took others orders and left for like 30 minutes, different girl come out with purple hair and seemed like she had an attitude. Like girl it’s your job, say hello then just say it, I order then you go.

Got in line before other cars and took others orders, though they took orders in ORDER. Had me waiting for 20 minutes while they took orders of the cars behind me and infromt of me. Other cars never got their order taken. Bad service.

Pulled up to the window at about 215pm on 1/14/24 and the girl started yawning which was very odd. She didn't apologize, just blankly confirmed our order. She handed me the first drink and almost dropped it because she let go before I had it. Did it with the second drink as well. She didn't smile or anything. As we waited for 3 more waters, she just stood at the window and didn't say a single word. It was the most awkward encounter at Dutch I've ever had.

Really slow location just a heads up. They care about conversations a little TOO muc - where it comes an inconvenience for others in the drive thru. Been here since 9:30am and not even at the front yet and it’s 10:02am.
