I went into This location pacifically and I was having a day the Young lady who took my order at the drive-through noticed I had been in tears and was the sweetest to me and when I pulled up to the window the staff was so kind as well I’ve never seen such kindness from all the employees at one time so if ever you’re looking for a place to stop by and have a drink from I recommend this Dutch Bros specifically their staff is amazing
to the girls who closed tonight thank you so so so much for letting me order last minute! the 2 triple p blended rebels made mine and my boyfriend night:) the girls who took out the trash were very very nice:)
Kai was very polite and helpful when I needed to change my order this morning!

Dutch Bros Coffee serves amazing and consistent coffee that customers crave. Although the drive-thru wait times can be long, often exceeding 15-20 minutes, the employees are always happy and eager to help. Despite the wait, the staff manages to get customers through the line quickly once they start taking orders. The drinks can taste different even when the same items are ordered, and while most drinks are good, some customers have experienced inconsistencies, such as a bitter coffee that required additional creamer. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, but there may be some confusion in the drive-thru lanes. Dutch Bros is a great coffee shop, especially for those with dietary restrictions, as drinks can be flagged for allergies and some allergen-safe food options are available. If one is willing to wait, they'll be rewarded with great coffee and a scrumptious menu. Dutch Bros is always worth the wait!
