I usually love Eegees. But this time I got Food Poisoning from my sandwich. It was horrible

Months ago, I walked from the farthest reaches of terminal 4 to get a grinder and an eegee. The line was long and slow. I told myself, 'I won't do that again...' Don't get me wrong, the food was good, just not worth the hour walk wait and walk.I must have lost my mind cause i went back today....Chick fil a was a super long line. I watched dozens of people go through that line before I was able to order at eegees. There were only 4 orders in front of me. After waiting over twenty minutes to place my order... it was not right.In their defense, there was one girl taking orders. She also filled the eegees cups. Two guys are talking in the back, making the sandwiches.After getting my order, I raced back to the opposite side of the airport terminal to find that my order had tomatoes. Tomatoes don't agree with me. Not wanting to walk all the way back I called the number on the receipt. Choosing the options of operator and customer service both sent me to a full voice mail.I am disappointed because I love eegees from tucson but their expanding into the phx metro has been awful customer service especially at the airport.

No one in line, decided I didn't have time to wait in the chic fil a line, so I decided to try eegee's for the first time. Never got a chance to order. I stood there while what looked like a manager and two other employees were just talking. The manager looking employee looked at me and just kept having a conversation. After wasting minutes standing there I decided to skip a meal and just continue to my gate.

About on par with the sandwiches you would buy from a gas station. Lower quality meat and bread. Threw half away.

This was one of the best Eegee’s meals I’ve ever had! Often the airport restaurants aren’t quite as good… but this was fantastic! The staff was all super friendly and nice too. Seek this out in the D11-18 gates area, it’s an AZ gem.

Great sandwich spot in Terminal 4 close to the Southwest gates. We had the Original and Pastrami grinder and they were both very good. We also shared an order of fries. Would definitely recommend.
I LOVE that there’s an Eegee’s in the airport! Ladies were very polite and service was fast enough to make my flight.

Young lady with her side of head shaved did 3 outrageous things while I was here:1. Asked a customer to “ hold on” from ordering so she could finish texting on her phone2. Yelled at people going to chic fil a because the line was close to her register even though they were out of the way entirely3. The worst! She was touching her phone, then handled cash and went directly to handle food bare handed without a hand wash. ?Do not eat here- wait in the longer line and have chic fil a . She is going to get you sick with food borne illness and she has a bad attitude.

I flew In Today and thought imma go to eegees to give it a try since everyone is talking about it First off you had 1 cook think her name was Sarah even thought they got slammed Sarah Held it down as well as her partner at cash register I got my order fast and fresh i would be Definitely coming back Great customer service. Please give a thanks to the cook for Making my first experience wonderful
