I ordered the brie, apple, and chicken sausage omelette. It was something very different, so I thought it might be good. It wasn't. The brie was thick and on top of the omelette. It was very bitter. I've never had brie. Maybe that's how it is expected to taste. The apple slices were on top also. I was hoping those two ingredients were somehow incorporated into the omelette. Inside the omelette were about ten pieces of overseasoned sausage. It tasted like nutmeg...

Omelets have too much stuff in them and the egg gets lost. Hashbrowns were requested crispy but I just received the old, darker hashbrowns (were not grilled fresh). Pancakes were okay. Our experience at First Watch was more enjoyable.

I have eaten at other Eggstacy locations but not this one. As always, the food was very good. This location is dated and it was fairly noisy. We asked they turn down the music and our server did. Eggstacy's menu choices are beyond what you find at other breakfast places.
