My wife comes in every week or so to replenish our supply of sesame bagels. They come out of the freezer as needed. Our granddaughter insists on Einstein. So see you next week. Keep crankin' them out!

Realized at the cash register I had left my wallet at home. I apologized and was about to leave but the manager stopped me and told them to run the order on the house. Thanks for the breakfast guys, it really improvedmy day!

The bagel received was as ordered, a plus these days. The coffee was even better than the norm, greeted when entered.
It's pretty amazing what you can make with a bagel. Einstein has proven that you can put anything on a bagel. Coffees are all good. The bakery goods are not that fresh, but still good. Always quit a few people there.

I suggest you should check your order if it is take out before walking away! We bought two Baker's Dozen buckets yesterday for our sports team since they only eat plain bagels so we asked for all plain bagels. The employee put all kind of other kind of bagels that we could not tell what their ingredients were in both buckets and covered them on top with few plain bagels. It seemed very intentional to me since for both buckets few plain bagels were on top to cover the other types and there were several different types that we did not ask, we said "ALL PLAIN"! We told everyone during the event that if they go to Ahwatukee branch they should be careful because there is some employee or employees there that gives you something you did not order for some reason that I don't know! Or may be go to some other bagel store since at least one employee or may be more in Ahwatukee store are not trustable!Update: So as "response from owner" suggested I wrote to the Einstein Bagels contact with a detailed explanation and when I submitted I received a message that a reply would be sent in 3 to 5 days but no reply after a week! So I wrote again and received the same message about 3 to 5 days and so far no reply from them after 3 weeks. I did bring this up to the neighborhood social media and observed that there are so many who are unhappy with their customer service and also got recommendation about other bagel stores so now we are buying bagels from the one that was recommended the most and their bagels are so good! No more Einstein Bagels after being their customer for probably more than 20 years.

Date and time of the order: 1/6/2024 6:20AM. Ordered two Baker's Dozen buckets of "plain bagels" for a young sports team for their tournament event and they "only" eat plain bagels. There were only few plain bagels on both buckets on top to cover all kind of other types of bagels. Some of the youngsters and grown ups (including myself and my daughter) have food allergies and we could not tell what the ingredients were for the ones which were not plain so we had to throw them away! I suggest that if you are buying something at this location check your order and unfortunately for our order it seems it was intentional because we clearly said all plain bagels and also all other types were covered with few plain bagels on top of both buckets.

They are quick and so good. I always get the all-nighter but I've had other bagels they offer and they are so good. You can customize any bagel to make it just how you like it!
