Service was friendly & awesome. The Tasty Turkey bagel was good although I think the Asiago cheese bagel that it comes with doesn’t really enhance the flavor. Next time I will try it with a garlic, poppyseed, or other savory bagel. Disappointed that the iced coffee drinks cannot be made with decaf. Overall a clean dining room and friendly knowledgeable employees set this location apart.

They were friendly without being fake, and they handled every order with patience and accuracy. I watched them deal with a couple of indecisive customers, and they never showed frustration. You can tell the manager runs a tight ship because everyone moves with purpose,
communicates clearly, and keeps the vibe positive. It's the kind of service that makes you want to come back.

I have been getting my bagel & coffee almost every day at Einsteins on 48th St & Ray Road since it opened in the late 90's.
I have seen all the managers and crews over the years and have appreciated their good prep and work.
The present manager Katie and the workers Ethan, Neisha (sp?), the baker Jamie and others all know my special order and never burn my double toast.
