Einstein Bros. Bagels

i could have worked a whole shift, got paid, put gas in my car, drove to the grocery store, bought the groceries, and cooked breakfast faster than they move in here honestly its ridiculous, 30 minutes for a bagel… thats already made.

The guy who took our orders gave very weird energy towards my boyfriend. My boyfriend asked for the farmhouse sandwich and the guy just said, “which one? There’s a lot of them.” My boyfriend showed him the sandwich and picture directly from the Einstein Bros app and the guy goes “I don’t know.” Anything my boyfriend asked him was “I don’t know” or just shrugged him off and didn’t want to be of service. When it came to me, he was much friendlier and more helpful which completely threw me off. This was a very weird experience and I can’t help but feel like my boyfriend was treated worse because of our differences in race. Not only that, we get home and my boyfriends sandwich was completely PLAIN and not the one he asked for.…..it almost felt purposeful after how he was treated in the restaurant. I will no longer support this business and will be searching for other bagel shops that make EVERYONE feel welcome.

We've been to a lot of Einsteins and it is the cleanest and best tasting with smiling and helpful staff that are consistent. Rick is a great and personal manager that seems very committed to quality and customer service! They keep us coming to them regularly!

Not sure what is going on with this location but get it together. I walked in and I waited because the cashier was talking to a friend. I was helped by someone else and she was wonderful. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese. Not too complicated, I thought. I had a funny feeling since more friends of employees showed up and another employee joined them in conversation. I checked my order when I got to the car. Ummmm, no bacon. I went back in and then there was only one employee at a register and she had to remake my sandwich. Alone. She was very kind and gave me a card for a free sandwich. The card expired on December of 2024. Smh. It’ll be a long time until I go back.
