Asked for toasted bagel it was barely brown. Egg was cold af.Dining room from tables to floor/ carpet filthy. Staff talking and throwing the food out. Oj tasted like it has been watered down when it was supposed to be fresh squeezed.

Me and my lady come here once in a while when we're craving some bagels with our coffee we always get the baker's dozen with shmear there is couple of options to choose from as well would recommend to anyone who likes bagels.

First time here. I ordered the “All-Nighter” with a Cinnamon Bagel on the side. Notice how the bagels are swapped — enough to ruin a lunch experience after driving back and forth to pick it up. I have heard good things about this company but I lost my appetite. Also, the workers forgot my cold brew beverage in my order. Overall, this wasn’t a pleasing experience as I’m not going to eat a meat sandwich with raisins, cinnamon, and strawberry cream cheese. Hopefully this was a mistake from a new employee and isn’t a regular pattern. Not a good feeling to spend $20 and have time taken out of your busy day to not even enjoy a correct order. I’m retaining a 2-star review because the general manager, Rick, said he would make this right. If Rick wasn’t so professional, I wouldn’t have given Einstein Bros another chance. I’ll update my review when I am able to go back again for lunch.

Walked in 20 minutes before they closed, they informed me of the time frame. Then made my food (delicious), made sure that I had enough of my beverage, let me eat at the table inside. They are gracious. I left in time for them to close on time. Considerate on both sides made for happiness all around.

Got me a cinnamon sugar bagel with the honey almond . It was so hot and good and it was toasted they did everything perfect I'll definitely be going back here. And I ordered one of those avocado bacon sandwiches and it was so good great job

I arrived at 2 hours prior to closing, and they had not brewed coffee. When I asked, they told me they had run out of coffee. They had the containers all wash and to the side. This is the worst customer service, all this after waiting to order because they all cleaning 2 hours before closing.
