I’ve been coming to El Chullo for a while and usually love it, which is why my visit on 6/7/26 was really disappointing. Recently the menu prices went up quite a bit, but unfortunately the portions and overall experience didn’t match the higher prices. The lomo saltado still had good flavor, but barely had any meat compared to before. The causa de pollo also tasted off and wasn’t very enjoyable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about El Chullo!!! The food and service are always amazing!! The arroz con mariscos and ceviche mariscos are my two favorite things on the menu and they never disappoint! The staff are incredible, and happy to answer questions and make recommendations. Wow the lomo saltado was amazing! Had so much fun watching the mascot come out and dance to celebrate a birthday. 100% recommend Carlos as a server, he goes above and beyond for his people
