Hello, I’d like to raise a concern about the older Hispanic male manager who oversees the afternoon shift. As a regular customer, I’ve noticed on several occasions that he treats his team, especially newer employees, with a lack of respect. He frequently displays frustration by slamming items and speaking rudely to staff, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for both employees and customers.
Today, around 5:45 PM, I witnessed him speaking harshly to a new young hire. Rather than offering guidance or support, he made sarcastic comments to the other female employees, suggesting that with this new team member’s help, they’d be stuck working until 1 AM. It was disheartening to see such treatment—everyone deserves respect, especially when they’re just starting out. Food is always great but overseeing how employees really brings my rating to a 1.
