Since I arrived in Phoenix 5 years ago, I had not eaten at a Pollo Loco, the person who served me was an African-American man, and to my surprise, he was the kindest person there (the other employee was Mexican). I always try to be kind where I make my lunch, I tried to be nice to them by smiling and saying hello, but they were hostile to me, but John (a black guy) was very sweet, kind, and did his job with pleasure. I give him 5 stars, the other employees should learn from him.

They get 3 stars because the food is half descent for a fast food restaurant. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Twice in a row, i got home and realised the order was not fully fulfilled. It's very frustrating.

Update... Not only did they get the order wrong... the email the provide for clarification is wrong...WOW

The past 3 times I've gone they forgot some of my food and I had to drive back. Its always the same guy running the drive thru and every single time he's talking on the phone.
