Cold Stone is always good ice cream. One of my favorites only gave it four stars because I couldn’t believe I was $10 well nine dollars and some change for a small scoop of ice cream other than that love love them!
Yummy ice cream and clean atmosphere!
I stopped by for a treat with my wife and we were served by Emily. Very delightful young lady that took her time with us while we tried different flavors. It nice to see a young adult with great customer service skills.

Cold Stone Creamery provides a welcoming environment with friendly staff, such as Sophie and Jessie, who try to connect with customers. The store offers delicious ice cream with popular options like Golden Oreos, which are always available as a fun addition to desserts. Customers often visit one to two times a week and enjoy the good experiences, praising the kind and helpful employees who sometimes remember their orders. One visit included a birthday cake for a special occasion, providing a unique and delightful experience. The store's ambiance, spread, and variety of options are highly appreciated, especially in other locations like Chandler. However, the location faces challenges with inconsistent hours, cleanliness, and some facilities, such as the bathroom, being out of order. The store can also get quite warm during the summer, making it less comfortable for both customers and employees. Some amenities, like napkins, are cheap and in limited supply, which can be inconvenient when enjoying melting ice cream. Despite these issues, the overall experience remains positive, thanks to friendly staff and tasty ice cream.
