Elevate is a nice shop with great service. Unfortunately, over several visits, the coffee has been inconsistent. With a fresh beans and nice La Marzocco espresso machine, they should able to produce a consistently tasty shot. The bitter taste of the lattes suggests a lack of training on the baristas part.
I've been going to Elevate since 2019 and they've always been great. I've never ever received anything less than Super Great service. I don't go much anymore b/c of the cost. I visit every now and then.

The atmosphere is quiet and calm and I can bring my computer and just work for a while.
The variety of drinks and specials is amazing, I’ve had something different every time.
