I had a group of 28 flying through PHX on a tight connection and the GM, Josette, worked with me ahead of time and allowed me to pre-order and pre-pay for our meals so that we could pick them up right when we landed without having to wait for them to be made. She was easy to communicate with and everything went off without a hitch. This will be my go-to at PHX any time I'm flying through because of how well she executed my order at a time when I needed it done perfectly....
Our flight just landed and we wanted some quick good food, which is hard to find in an airport. Fazoli’s was a perfect choice! My only complaint was the menu limitations too just a few items, most likely due to the airport location. There was no seating, but there were plenty of seats elsewhere. The employees were cheerful and kind. The food was tasty and hot.
Huge thanks for offering a gluten-free pasta option and cooking it in water that hasn’t seen gluten. It is worth a bit extra wait for those of us who might otherwise have no good lunch option.
