We like it. We probably get Federal once a month. No complaints. I give them 4 stars because I'm from Connecticut which is the center of the world for pizza. I grew up on Pepe's and Beverly and Colony and a million slice shops who's worst pie is typically better than anything you'd find west of New Jersey. So it's hard for me to give out 5 stars for what is, in essence, merely an inferior shadow, or an archetypal image, or a comparatively bland simulacrum...

Good food and good people.
The only reason I didnt do 5 stars is because the servers showed up with other people's food to our table.
They need a little bit more guidance from the waitress I think.

I can always count on Federal's food to be yummy, but what made last night's dining experience AMAZING was our server, Jay. He was so personable, made great food recommendations, and served us with such intentional care! His incredible customer service and hospitality secured Federal as a place we can't wait to come back to for its memorable personnel. What a great team of people!
