I had a burrito and it had pico and I said no pico so it wasn't all great

Clearly this location is not wanting to stay open much longer due to the crappy service and mediocre quality of food.
The person that works at night not only screwed up my order but shorted me as well.
What COMBO plate doesn’t come with a drink? I guess mine.
I asked not once but twice for my drink and the man said no. I visit Filiberto’s once a week and get the same meal from other locations. They give me a drink and the correct protein in my meal.
I didn’t fuss because it was late and I am tired.
Almost a $20 meal and no drink? Absolutely not!
Guess yall just lost a customer. Not to mention several others from the looks of the reviews.

This place is good except they never got vasos de elote ever. I’ve asked 10 times for it and only gotten it once out of the 10.

I walked in and the cashier was counting money so I stayed quiet because I know how it is to count money and not talk. She ignored me didn’t look at me and didn’t acknowledge me. Then she took a drive-through order. Then she came back and counted money again. Then asked me what I wanted. There was no one in the store and one car in the drive-through. The food is good, but it’s just overpriced for tacos. I spent 15 dollars for 2. Crunchy tacos and small drink. But the cashier in there was so rude. Unbelievable. I don’t know how you can run a business and not say hey how you doing when someone walks in. Weirdo.
