This particular location had great food. (Not all filibertos do). Great service amazing serving size!

The location of this place is not great. But it is accessible to different ways. I repeated my order three times. Paid for my order with the additions. Got home nothing was correct. And of course they don't give you a receipt so you can't really complain. The only saving grace was the salsa. Burrito and rolled tacos were mediocre at best.

10/9/24 Ranchero Breakfast everything was cooked to perfection! We can’t go wrong with his breakfast selection. The meat was tender flavorful. Beans have an elm flavor and you could tell they are made fresh. Rice is cooked perfection and flavorful. Amazing facility! Downfall is I wish the tortillas were, buttered and placed on a flat top to heat up

I visited the drive-through and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese burrito with well-done potatoes. I asked the staff member twice to confirm that my potatoes would be well done, as my order was prepared unusually quickly. However, when I opened my burrito, I found that the potatoes were not well done.

The employee at the window was quite rude. When I tried to pay, she walked away without ensuring I had everything I needed. To make matters worse, she was allowing other customers to get involved in the process, which only added to the confusion. I had to go back inside, even entering the kitchen, to address the issue directly since clear communication was lacking. During this time, I witnessed her getting other guest involved with another customer over unrelated matters and even giving them two free beverages, despite the fact that she had failed to fulfill my order correctly.

I paid $12 for my meal and expected to receive it as I ordered. It was disheartening to experience such disrespect and a lack of customer service, especially when it seemed she prioritized other customers over my needs. Seems racially insensitive.

I urge you to ensure that both customers and employees are satisfied, and that your staff takes extra care with each order, regardless of how busy it is. Each employee should focus on one customer at a time to guarantee a positive experience.

This incident occurred on Saturday at 2:20 PM. Please take steps to help this employee improve her order-taking skills and her ability to handle customer complaints effectively. No one appreciates incompetence, especially when their needs are not met. Thank you for addressing this matter.

Didn’t know super nachos came with cardboard inside I ask for my refund which they did but then didn’t want to give me new nachos & ended paying for new ones with a discount of 5$ which is still BS “OWNER” if you see this reach back out to me please I have complaints of your workers for night shift 9/6/24 9:17pm

Constantly told them no "sour cream/crema" and the cashier looked at me stupid and said "we don't sell it like that" and now I am sitting here with my food covered in sour cream/crema.

Lady was nice at the counter. They forgot the guacamole that i paid for. Had to go back. The lady was very nice about it. Though I can hear in the back people saying that I was lying. I maybe white but I understand Spanish.

Hands down the best chorizo ​​breakfast burrito in Phoenix! It is a delicious family business that is VERY attentive to customer needs. HIGHLY recommended. Jesy and Esmeralda managers were very nice with my orders. Thank you

Try the rolled tacos they are the best. And the chicken enchiladas are the bomb!!

Parking: They even have a place to lock your bike up.

Disgusting came had hair in my food brought back the food and receipt and they try to tell me that they only going to give me some of the money back when it was all brought back plus my time and gas waisted it’s very very poor customer service! BROUGHT THE FOOD AND RECIEPT AND THEY WANTED TO GIVE ME PARTIAL REFUND BECAUSE OF LIKE TWO BITES OUT OF THE FRIES BEFORE A PEICE OF HAIR WAS IN MY MOUTH REDICULOUS SERVICE
