While I always enjoy the food and usually have very good service, the last couple of "newer" locations have been VERY loud. I could not hear the people directly across the table from me & eventually left for some relief on my ears. The music was MUCH TOO LOUD inside & outside and the newer locations have no sound abatement & open ceilings for all noises to bounce off everywhere. I will try old locations again, but new ones......NO.

This is a great, clean and healthy restaurant with friendly and attentive staff. I love the food and selection. Great for health and calorie conconcious and gluten free ppl. Some say it is expensive but it's really not. I went w my parents the other day and the bill was $55 which is about the average for most restaurants today, even at McDs which is supposed to be cheap, you'll spend around $40 after taxes for three meals, and I know because I worked there for a while....

This was my first time visiting. Our server was helpful in finding gluten-free options on the menu. But she didn't really check on us and was eager to give us our check. Once the check was dropped (halfway through our meal), she didn't come back.
All in all, it wasn't a bad experience. The customer service was just lacking.
