I ordered 5 guys through UberEats and the order was stolen. UberEats refused to help me so I called the store directly. Anesha was wonderful! Not only did they remake our order, but they put a $10 voucher in our bag. The food was amazing as usual. They went above and beyond provided excellent customer service when UberEats refused and hung up on me. Thank you so much!

I'm use to a gang of fries,that's how they did it in Denver. When we only got a few, we were floored. Went back again (2nd chances) they got it right, all is well in the 5GUYS Life!

The pricing has gone up previously. It costed me $30 just for a cheeseburger with fries and a shake. Furthermore, when I opened the burger, it was very soggy. I’ve always had good experiences at Five Guys previously and this experience just wasn’t good. But the people were very patient with me and very nice and the food came out fairly quickly.Parking: The parking was very limited and only had about it 15 spaces to park. Most spaces were taken up and it took a minute to find an opening.

This was my first time trying out Five Guys. I've passed many locations and have always wanted to try out their food. Now that I've stopped here, I'm a little disappointed with the outcome. This is and probably will be the only time I will visit this place. I had the little bacon cheeseburger but, the meat was still red inside and way too much onions on the burger. Fries were so greasy. Even your soda just has way too much carbonation. Drinking more of that than soda. Sorry Five Guys...at least I gave you a chance. See my pics in photos.
Hey, it's a five guys. You've been to one, you've just about been to them all :-) Great burgers, friendly employees. Fries are sometimes the most variable thing, from store to store and even from day to day at the same store, but they are almost always very good . Oh, and the hot dog is very good also!And, if you've never been to one, beware the portion sizes were designed by Paul Bunion! ;-) A small burger is anyone else's medium or large, and small fries should easily feed 2 small people :-)One more note: you can put whatever toppings you want on it, and that can make a huge difference. Personal favorite: lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, raw onions, grilled green peppers, grilled jalapenos. Yum.
