99.9 percent of the time I have excellent experience in person or Uber Eats. However tonight 10/30/ 2026 at 9:20pm I ordered through Uber Eats.
Not only did they give me old fries but I paid 8.73 for regular fries and 16.53 for a bacon cheeseburger and I only got a handful of fries thrown in the bag, but not the other container. They usually fill the container to over flow.

There burgers are phenomenal! It is a little expensive but worth it. They also have in shell peanuts you can snack on while you wait for your food.
It wasn't okay. Burger but there was way too much sauce on it. Mayonnaise, ketchup, whatever they use, The buns were soggy. The second we opened the tin foil wrapper and we did not get it to go. We ate in store. It was a wet soggy mess would not suggest sorry just my opinion.

Five Guys provides excellent customer service, going above and beyond to rectify issues. Their food is amazing, with awesome fries being a highlight. Although some find the prices steep, the staff is friendly and efficient. The restaurant is always clean, and the food remains consistently good. Customers often praise the burgers, calling them some of the best they have had, and appreciate the peanuts as a great addition. The staff is very friendly and professional, making every visit a positive experience. The restaurant offers a wide range of drink options from their soda machines, and parking is available on the side and in the back, though it can get busy. Overall, Five Guys remains a reliable choice for a satisfying meal.
