Flint by Baltaire is hands down one of the best Mediterranean restaurants we've been to! Everything we ordered was absolutely satisfying. The lamb chops were incredibly juicy and perfectly cooked, the grilled salmon was fresh and flavorful, and the pita with hummus was the perfect way to start the meal.

As always, the espresso martini was our favorite—smooth, perfectly balanced, and a must-try. The other drinks were great too and complemented...

So, we very rarely give fives. Our water was great at his job. We were a little warm because we were in their closed patio area but they did everything they could to make it comfortable. We got the feta appetizer which was great. I got the special guinea fowl and my husband got the steak. We got a side of broccolini and carrots. Everything was perfectly prepared and seasoned. Food was decent overall and the portions were fair for the price. Service was polite but a little slow during dinner time. The place has a nice atmosphere though, so it still ended up being a pretty good experience.
