I love this place. They have nutritious options for any diet or age group, when I was on keto, it was such a relief to have flower child do the cooking for me and my family. I lost over 30 lbs eating their meals and the portions are great for meal prep throughout the week. I can’t say enough great things about them.
I ordered my usual kids chicken meal with brown rice as I do a couple times a week. I’m extremely picky when it comes to chicken in general, the ingredients it’s cooked in and the quality of the chicken . So I only order chicken from here and 1 other place. Love this place! My wife and I came for lunch, and we had a great experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was friendly, and our food came out quickly. The lemonade was refreshing and paired perfectly with the salmon, mashed potatoes, and mac & cheese. The only small downside was that it was a little hard to hear the girl taking our order, but overall we really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back!
