Front desk at the restaurant or receptionist was not available when I went on the line. I was the first and when she came in, she just entertained the guy next to me. The kind lady told on the line told her to entertain me first, she did entertained me without apology. She took us outside to eat but never asked our preference. She just decided herself. Poor front desk customer service. Definitely she needs training as soon as possible. Our waiter Jordan was great, attentive, and very accommodating. Food is just okay.

I’m at a conference, and my wife and I sat down for a late lunch. We ordered shrimp tacos and a club sandwich. The restaurant has plenty of staff, and it isn’t busy. It took 45 minutes to get my club sandwich, and they served it with burnt bread! You’re charging $32 for a club sandwich and $30 for tacos—fine. But making me wait 45 minutes and serving my sandwich on burnt bread? No one should be expected to accept that.

Hidden Gem of a restaurant! I'm glad they were open on Christmas day because I was hungry post hike! I had the chicken soup, shrimp tacos, coconut lemonade mocktail and the dessert! Everything was great! I highly recommend checking this place out at least once! Also, you can get your parking validated up front after you eat if you decided to park at the garage building just west of the resort.

McArthur's
Located in Arizona Biltmore hotel and featuring a sit down restaurant and bar equipped with foosball and billiards, McArthur's was neither spectacular nor dull, but the service was lovely and it was easier than ordering delivery.
We used our $50 myway credit for this meal and ordered the tuna tartare ($28) and AZ Signature Craft Burger ($32).
The tuna tartare was a sad attempt at something good and was more black bean than tuna but at least they had avocado. Honestly I would skip this if I were you.
The signature craft burger, on the other hand, was utterly delightful. It was so thick and juicy and every ingredient contributed to the overall flavor. I'm not a burger fan, but I'd clock this as one of the top three burgers I've ever had. This is also coming from someone who prefers more vegetables in their burger. Be prepared: it's a heavy meal!
I did appreciate that they were open until 11 PM but otherwise, I probably would have reserved my dining experience for breakfast with them given that their menu was definitely more impressive during that mealtime than dinner.

Shrimp tacos average at best but for $10 a taco cmon I expect more than one fried shrimp in a tortilla with some cabbage thrown on it. Birria rolled short rib bites burnt and sad. Dessert right out of a box worst cheesecake I’ve had in a long time.

Sinisa Drobnjak was an outstanding waiter for my night out. He was patient with us and explained the menu to us.

This place wants to be a Sam Fox restaurant. The moment you walk into the bar/entrance area it could be over ran with kids playing the foosball or billiards or shuffle board. The restaurant has a modern look. Would be nice to sit outside or in the room with the fire pit during winter. The food is to be less desirable based on what we had.
Started off with the (overly) fried pizza “crust” (as the waitress described). Should be light and airy like a sopaipilla. The toppings were good with prosciutto arugula and burrata. We each order salads and the chicken chop was again overly fried. Who ever was on the frier was not doing well. The salad itself was a good size. The Greek salad was good and big too. The other thing was the warm hose water they served. Had to ask for ice.

We were there for a wine tasting event. The chef created menu was not great. The tuna with lavender was just awful and the shrimp was gritty. We were in the private dining room and the hard surfaces made it very hard to have a conversation across the table. Wine was great and servers were attentive.
We had the huevos rancheros and the lemon ricotta pancakes. Both were amazing. We had a very nice quiet breakfast other than the bad acoustics in the room and somebody dropped several dishes so that was kind of loud But other than that, it was amazing
According g to my husband, the pancakes were some of the best he had had in a long time! Huevos rancheros were also quite good

Maitre'd and manager were personable. Our waiter was missing for 15 minutes while one of waited for our beverage. Prices are higher than some establishments nearby that have a more upscale atmosphere.
I highly recommend Mcarthur's! The service every day of my trip was impeccable. The staff went out of their way to spark conversation as I was dying solo. My favorite breakfast was the avocado toast. The blueberry pancakes are really great, too. I'm just more of a savory breakfast person.
