Some of the best French fries I’ve ever had in my life—perfectly crisp, flawlessly seasoned, and completely addictive. The jalapeños baked into the brisket sandwich bun were an absolute stroke of genius and took the whole sandwich to another level. Our waitress was an absolute delight, and the service was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish.

Great spot inside the Arizona Biltmore. I was in town for work and grabbed brunch here, and the chicken and waffles did not disappoint. Our server had been with the restaurant for over 15 years and was incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful—she made the meal feel extra special. Sat in the courtyard in the sun and will definitely be back.

We ate at McArthur’s three times during our stay because the food was consistently amazing. Breakfast omelets were fluffy and packed with flavor, lunches were fresh and fast, dinners were elegant and delicious. This restaurant is a gem in the Biltmore.

We've tried many places for breakfast in the Phoenix metro area, with little success. We invited another couple to join us for breakfast here on a weekday and we were pleasantly surprised.
We ate outside on the patio, which had a large fire pit. Service was excellent, coffee was delicious. There was no loud music competing with conversation. Pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon etc., were well-prepared and fresh. The fruit served was high quality.
We will be back!

This was a pretty underwhelming experience. I got the risotto with blackened chicken. The risotto was undercooked with really crunchy rice. I sat at the bar. Anna was the bartender. I was there on a relatively slow night. She seemed to be very preoccupied with other duties. Overall I was very unimpressed for a restaurant at a 5 star resort. Extremely overpriced for crunchy risotto and a server who was too busy to check in.
Went again. I was going to try the risotto, and give it another chance, but I didn’t see it on the menu. I ordered the truffle pizza. It was pretty good. Wasn’t really my style, but I wouldn’t complain about it. On this visit I sat in the main dining area, and the server was amazing. Recommend an amazing drink. (Forgot the name). I felt like it was pretty pricey overall, but a way better experience. Up to 4 stars from 2 stars.

Food was average. For a hotel like this, I expected better. It was just ok, not very flavorful.

The brunch is exquisite. The avocado toast is LEGENDARY! I bring all of my clients here as well as my fellow friends. The 3 course meal for $44 is a STEAL! I highly recommend and be very nice to Paul the Manager

Decent quiet lunch if you want something that is good quality and nice ambiance. Good for meetings but not a party scene.

The best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Came as a single and the waiter remembered me and my order from weeks prior. Always had fresh water before I needed it. Thank you!

This wound up being or favorite restaurant during the staycation. I ate there twice and my mom ate there 3 times. It's much more approachable then Renata's but also has great foodie things, so I would recommend this to everyone.
The burrata with prosciutto, I had twice. It's just delightful and every component is perfect by itself but also together, it was a very well thought out dish and I enjoyed it thoroughly.
I was also there on a Tuesday so I tried the Seabass Ceviche from the special menu they do on Tuesdays and it was excellent, I had never had seabass ceviche so it was nice to try something different.
My mom did try breakfast one of the days and just raved about it. She brought me a potato and piece of bacon, they were both delicious. If you like bacon I definitely recommend getting it as it's really quite nice as it's pecan smoked and thick cut and cooked beautifully.
