I never write reviews for fast food places but I stopped here today to grab my boyfriend a little lunch. The younger gentleman working the drive through this morning was absolutely amazing. He had the best customer service I’ve encountered in a fast food restaurant in years probably. He was friendly, efficient & patient. I feel like these places just hire anyone and don’t even care about the customer service aspect of things anymore which is sad. I’m a full time restaurant...

The staff at the North Scottsdale location is exceptional! The new smashburger taco is good when you want something a little lighter than a burger bun. And don't forget the fries, the special seasoning and sauce!!

This Freddy's location is one of the most delicious, yet least expensive places you can eat in Scottsdale! Seriously, the young man that runs the front counter is fantastic because he's able to explain all aspects of the menu, and share various alternatives. This is really important for a person visiting Freddy's for the very first time. The chocolate shakes are terrific!!!
