Our first time at Fuego Bistro & it won’t be our last! The service was on point, the food was beyond our expectations. My husband had the short ribs in mole sauce & I had the seafood chile relleno. Both were unbelievably delicious & the flavors were outstanding! I also had a prickly pear margarita which was very flavorful- sometimes the prickly pear taste doesn’t come through, but with this one, both prickly pear & tequila were noticeable! We hosted my niece’s baby shower @ Fuego Bistro on Sunday. It was a great space for 30-40 people. The brunch and drink bar were wonderful. Thanks to the staff for helping us make the space perfect for the event.
