I ordered Tacos La Parillada and went four-for-four with variety: Al Pastor, Barbacoa, Puerco Colorado, and Campechano, along with a side of beans and rice. I also ordered chips and salsa, which were fresh and a great way to kick things off.
The tacos were loaded—generous portions of meat, well-seasoned, and filling. This wasn’t one of those places where you need six or seven tacos to feel satisfied. Four was way more than enough, and I definitely left full.
Beyond the food, the experience stood out across the board: • Service was great • Staff was friendly and attentive • Atmosphere was excellent—comfortable, lively, and welcoming
Everything worked together: quality food, strong portions, and a staff that clearly knows what they’re doing. If you’re looking for tacos that deliver both flavor and value in a great setting, Gallo Blanco is absolutely worth the visit.

We sat on the patio! Beautiful night with friends. Best Mexican food I have ever had!! I had chicken enchiladas, I ate both of them! The chicken was so moist and just cooked to perfection! 😋

I don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience working here, I feel a responsibility to speak out, especially for others considering employment at this business.
During my time here, I was constantly harassed about my appearance, especially by Carlos, who regularly made inappropriate comments toward me and other women on staff. He also clearly played favorites, while openly complaining about employees he disliked. I witnessed serious unprofessionalism and questionable behavior on a regular basis.
Food safety and cleanliness are major concerns at this establishment. On my very first shift, a customer found a dead fly cooked into their quesadilla. I’ve seen raw and cooked meat left out for hours which is not only disgusting, it’s dangerous. These are health code violations waiting to happen.
I was also harassed by a former employee who repeatedly came into the business and made me feel unsafe. She later left a public review attacking my body, work ethic, and even falsely accusing me of being racist despite the fact that I’m Mexican and Spanish. That review was encouraged by Carlos and directly led to my termination. Management, including Ashley Galbreath, refused to take any steps to remove or correct it despite knowing it was personal, false, and targeted.
To make matters worse, I am still owed a paycheck. I’ve contacted Ashley multiple times to follow up about this unpaid wage, and instead of support, I was met with defensiveness and silence. As of today, I have not been paid.
I’m sharing my experience in hopes that the owners take accountability, treat their staff with respect, and improve the conditions of this workplace. No one should be harassed, lied about, or go unpaid for their work.
Pay your employees. Protect your staff. Do better.

Loved this place! The food was delicious, our waiter was also the bartender and it was busy but he was on his game and was hustling. The only thing that disappointed me was I ordered my egg over medium and it was overcooked, so they did make me another one but they overcooked it a second time. But definitely would recommend.
