Absolutely authentic and everything they make in house is 100% legit. I lived in Germany for years and this place is no different. Well, other than the fresh eggs the source from small farmers. Highly recommended and love the staff. Good people.
Tried this place months ago. The meat selection is great and the sausages we bought were awesome, very tasty. They have some authentic German items to have with the sausages ie sauces, noodles, salad dressings etc. Will go come here to get the best tasting authentic sausages in the area.
My husband everytime he had to go to VA Hospital we would stop there. He was stationed in Germany for over 3 years and he loved practicing his German there. The staff was always so great to him and myself. Unfortunately he passed a couple years ago and have only been back once since then.to hard to go. Do need to go and get some bread and that soft moist light tasting cake plus your good sliced hard sausage with your honey mustard starts with an l. So yummy with the mustard...
