I was really surprised when my son brought me my food from Harold's chicken today. There were two kinds of crinkle cut fries in my order. Some were hard as a rock, probably from an earlier batch, and the others were semi-soft but they were cold. The chicken was just ok. Please stay consistent. The quality of food is great, the service is not slow, however the vibe or attitude of some there could be better, did not feel like the environment was very welcoming. Boring service
