Food is amazing but the customer service is foul there’s a lady I wish I knew her name but didn’t welcome us in ask if it was our first time nothing she had a bad attitude even taking the order . Asking for a name for the order and because we didn’t respond right away very rudely asks if I know my name or not . If it was a person like really reviewing this place on social media this would be a bad example to go off of do better
The food is good. However, online ordering says to call if problems with your order but they absolutely do not answer the phone. Complimentary cole slaw is offered but 'we don't have any'
I'm from Chicago I'll admit back home I was team Uncle Remu:s. We had 2 wing dinners with fries, shrimp meal and pizza puff. It was absolutely amazing, one of the best places to eat at in Arizona especially if you are from Chicago.
