The armed guard in front of the store made me laugh as I stood in line imagining a crew of professional bank robbers going from customer to customer telling them to put their phones and hams in the bag. "No die packs with mashed potatoes either!" On a serious note, the food is great and the employees did a good job of keeping the line moving as fast as they could. Also, if you pay online or over the phone, then you don't have to wait in line at all, I will do...

We prepaid our order. Arrived during the designated window of time they told us to come for pick up and I’ve been standing in line for over 30 minutes with AT LEAST that long to go. You would think after doing this for so many years they would have a more efficient system for processing the prepaid orders! Frustrating.
