Food n staff were excellent but the tables n floor n entire place needs a deep cleaning
Never coming here again! The bartender Manuela was VERY rude and refused to serve me unless I had a seat. That's a ridiculous policy! What difference does it make? I'm here RIGHT NOW. Not to mention they overcharge. Before I left I asked for a pen and on the merchant receipt I wrote, "Here's a tip: Work on your customer service skills." Don't EVER go to this Hooters location. Not reccomended.

Delicious food and great music ❤️😎 the things they need to work on is .... Cleaning the menus , cleaning the condiment bottles on the table and the waitress telling us good bye if its the end of their shift . We had a great waitress and then we didn't know where she went, another lady finally came to help us out and when we got the check we asked her where did the other lady go because we wanted to tip her , she said oh she went home 👎. Usually the servers tell you goodbye so that way we know whats going on and so that way you can tip them before they go 😎

I went in there for dinner yesterday (January 3rd) with a gift certificate I got for Christmas. Before I ordered anything I showed it to the bar tender and asked if there were any restrictions or if I could pay for food and beer with it. She told me it wouldn't be a problem because it says right on there "for food & drinks" then when I go to pay the manager comes over and tells me it doesn't cover bar drinks. She gave me some speech about how they don't get these very often and they will train staff better and still charged me full price for my drinks. THIS IS WHY I CHECKED BEFORE I ORDERED!!! I had bad food and service last time I was at hooters over a year ago and haven't cared to go back since and wouldn't have gone this time if I didn't have a gift card and this is exactly why. The manager acted like she was doing me a favor and told me the gift card will still be good for $25. If the gift card only paid for food it should have atleast $30 left but I guess they just do math a little differently there... The manager had an opportunity to earn a return customer but instead got a bad review and no return business.

We stopped in for lunch while playing hooky from work on a Friday afternoon. Luckily it wasn't busy and we were seated right away. Our server Leo was super nice and our food was really tasty. The restaurant seemed a little run down but it was clean and they were playing good music so no complaints!

Terrible service and wasn’t made aware of an automatic 18% tip and tipped on top acidentally resulting in the server keeping a 32% tip because they can’t reverse the charge. $40 for no refills on drinks when the restaurant is not busy?
