I use to come here often for the seafood. Today I had Ayana as a bartender although I only had water, she was amazing! Very attentive and kind, she’s very good at her job! Today there was hair in my buffalo shrimp , I had already paid. And as I was packing it up I noticed it, I showed Ayana and she took it back right away to get taken care of! I ate half of that and ate half of my steamed shrimp. The manager came out jay, who did not introduce himself and just asked me if I was doing okay. Which obviously I wasn’t because there was hair in my food, and he knew this. I said I was good until I found hair in my food. He said “oh no, we have that taken care of for you” which. He said it in a pretty non caring way, also I found it offensive that he took my Togo box . Which I had my steamed shrimp in.i wasn’t gonna take it because hair in food is absolutely disgusting!!! My bill was originally 62 dollars , he only took off half of the fried shrimp.Which wasn’t “we took care of that for you”. Myself also being in the industry I just don’t find how he managed the situation well at all. Ayana was great though! This place is usually better than this. I won’t be back. He didn’t even offer a remake. Horrible management.

Hooters. What can you say. We went around luch time so it was not too busy. They only had one cook, we ordered 50 wings, and because of the cook, they could not make more than 2 flavors of wings.I would give them more stars, but because of limited wing flavor to are $100 order, I only rated them a 3 star. The staff were very nice and the food was great. Just a bummer, we could not have had more flower options with our 50 wing orders.Hope you have a nice experience and, as always, my fellow Google travelers hope the info was helpful.Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of space for wheelchair parking and the table layout is very accommodating for people with special needs.
Food was so tasty. Our server Manuela was nice and accommodating. Will be frequenting hooters more often.

I am very honest with my reviews almost all of them are positive. The food was ok but that's probably on me just because my stomach has been screwed up the last week. But with the service it made my score lower on the food because I was so frustrated that the bartender wouldn't help anyone but a few regulars she had at one end of the bar. Maybe I should have sat over there because she wasn't interested in helping anyone unless you were near her regulars... The guy next to me had to walk over to the other end of the bar near her regulars just to get another beer! It took forever to get my tab and get paid. I never got a refill on my drink while I was eating. I would have thought a little bit different if they were busy but they had maybe 7 people total at the bar and the restaurant was almost empty other than that. So hopefully they see this and understand that they need to be a little more aware of the customers they have. I am usually a very big tipper even if I don't get the best service. But if you basically ignore me and other people in your restaurant then I am not tipping like normal. I did tip 13% and I felt that was generous for the service I had. Hopefully they can address this and turn it into something positive! Good luck to the staff and I hope this gets addressed.

The server transferred us and took off over half way through our experience without a word. She only came to the table a very few and VERY far in-between times, causing us to be there a lot longer than we anticipated. It was awkward waiting for her for on each step and then in the end having her just disappear. The girl that took over the ticket (basically just had to drop the check ?) was awesome so I tipped her well. I probably won't go back anytime soon, if at all, this experience just shows me bad management.

We had an incredible time enjoying the delicious shrimp and crab legs. Not only did we indulge in shots and margaritas, but we also had a blast playing corn hole. The staff was exceptional, adding to the overall fantastic experience.
