Hot N Juicy Crawfish

The only saving grace is that the flavor is actually good. 7 of the 9 booths on the left side of the dining room were dirty tables filled with the last tables stuff. 4 of the tables on the left side were also the same. Our calamari came out cold and they were out of cocktail sauce. This would’ve been nice to know and we would’ve ordered something else. We ordered 2 boils, 1 medium and the other no spiciness. Explicitly asked for no spice and yet it was about as spicy as the medium. The warmest thing in the boil was the potato’s. Otherwise the crab was still cold. We had to ask twice for bibs and some sort of plate.

i went to hot n juicy crawfish i had a terrible experience the service was so bad they waitress was sick and coughing and my dad ordered a lemonade and it never came then we ordered food and they gave our food to another table we waited an hour and the waitress finally came and told us that they gave our food to a different table, then our food came and there was no sausage. we didn’t even get a discount for waiting.there was nothing to crack the crab with and the service was so bad. i do not recommend going here.

Definitely a fun, messy, and flavorful meal experience! Our waitress (Jayla) was equally amazing and provided great service! Definitely recommend! Thank you!

I came in for happy hour lol and ordered a half dozen shrimp and 2 butter n garlic sauce as soon as the Asia young lady took the menu she ask if I can pay as if I was gonna skip out on a 13 $ bill I felt as tho I was judge and stero type as a black man in Scottsdale 1ce again !!! Smh this has to stop!

Awesome happy hour experience. It's pricey, but very tasty and flavorful. Get the mixed sauces! I'm the guy that douses things in Tabasco and mild has my lips tingling. Server Viv was friendly and attentive. Not a ton of seafood boil experience personally, but this is one I'll hit when I'm up near Scottsdale when I'm in town.

We love this place we return often! Feel it is slightly understaffed on the floor! But the waitress tries to cover everyone. Food is great and always met with smiles!

We went there about an hour before they closed, the service was not the best, they were really slow and didn’t bring the food out at the same time so it didn’t help the taste of the food. The seats were damp, not kidding I had to use napkins to dry them off before we could sit. Food was ok- the atmosphere and service were not great

walked in no server/hostess on site. have to seat myself and grab menu ourselves. felt like im my own hostess. waited for 10 min still no employees came to serve us. we walked out. not sure how customers were enjoying food with horrible service. avoid this hotnjuicy

Loved this place last Saturday came in and had a great time do not remember the server’s name she was absolutely amazing and food was great. However, this Friday night we had server Nailani and her service was unpleasant very disappointed because we visited again hoping to get the same service and enjoy dinner was not the case. No check ups nor refills we had to ask nearly beg for attention for what we needed while there was only 1 other table aside from us . Not sure if she was new. Will not go back to this location. & if I ever did request a different server. Service is everything & was simply not provided.

Vivian was such amazing server, made sure we were good. The food was also fresh and delicious! 10/10 I would recommend and will return again!

My husband and I came into this location after a movie at harkins. They sat us down across from children that were being loud and we asked to sit on the other side of the restaurant and they told us we couldn't. After they sat us down we sat for 20 minutes and nobody bothered to come and ask us for a drink order or a food order and the couple who came in three minutes after we did we're already getting their order taken and service and it was just terrible service here we ended up just getting up and walking out because we were ignored for 20 minutes. Skip this Hot and Juicy. The service was terrible and it didn't seem that there was a manager on site to handle all the younger staff.
