Hot N Juicy Crawfish

Coming from someone that lives on the PNW, I’m obsessed with this place. Genuinely shocked of how fresh the seafood tastes. I will be back soon!

Loved this place last Saturday came in and had a great time do not remember the server’s name she was absolutely amazing and food was great. However, this Friday night we had server Nailani and her service was unpleasant very disappointed because we visited again hoping to get the same service and enjoy dinner was not the case. No check ups nor refills we had to ask nearly beg for attention for what we needed while there was only 1 other table aside from us . Not sure if she was new. Will not go back to this location. & if I ever did request a different server. Service is everything & was simply not provided.

Vivian was such amazing server, made sure we were good. The food was also fresh and delicious! 10/10 I would recommend and will return again!

My husband and I came into this location after a movie at harkins. They sat us down across from children that were being loud and we asked to sit on the other side of the restaurant and they told us we couldn't. After they sat us down we sat for 20 minutes and nobody bothered to come and ask us for a drink order or a food order and the couple who came in three minutes after we did we're already getting their order taken and service and it was just terrible service here we ended up just getting up and walking out because we were ignored for 20 minutes. Skip this Hot and Juicy. The service was terrible and it didn't seem that there was a manager on site to handle all the younger staff.

Asian lady is the worst server

Of all the locations around Phoenix, this is by far my favorite. There are always seats available, and service and food are always great. Every time I have gone to this location there is always one server that manages the dining area and they do it well. Always in awe of these servers. Kudos to them for always being mindful and giving great service.

Went for happy hour had Nia or Mia as a server asked for no spicy 🔥 for my husband and his food 😔 was still spicy 🥵🥵 .he didn't wanna wait so we just ate .my crawfish where mushy and so was the shrimp 🍤🦐 shame shame I love this place been coming here for over 6 yrs plz do better 👂 to customize request it makes the experience more enjoyable.

Went here for my brothers birthday party and my mom and I kind of already expected the service to be terrible (usually is hence as to why they auto grat the bill 18% 😂) but there was 15 of us and I arrived a little late and the server came to the table 5 times before asking me if I would like anything to drink, then there was about 35 minutes where she was nowhere to be found all of our drinks were empty everyone is starving

I get sick for 3 days and i call asking for manager they said he not here the food make my stomach hurt and I can’t eat

Ladies and gentleman, my I present to you the worst restaurant in the world. The owner should be ashamed this places even exists. We were the only ones eating in there, the food was greasy and disgusting.
