Carlos O’Brien’s is the best place for traditional Mexican food in Phoenix! It is our Mexican go to place! We typically eat in the bar at the Norterra location and the service is awesome!
I had the grande burrito enchilada style. It was huge. Big fat log swimming in sauce .
Overall it had good flavor, a lot of combinations but I think it was a vegetarian burro. It took half the burrito before I found a piece of chicken. A tiny piece at that. Overall the burrito was good but disappointed it bearly had any meat. I would not order this meal again. The service was ok, a little slow, but they were a little busy that day.
