This place has horrible service. I ordered a meal to go and you can't even sit down to eat it. There were no bags to take your order in, had to leave part of .y order behind because I couldn't carry it. Very rude about waiting un line snd seating.

Stacey B at Terminal 4 is amazing! She definitely takes care of her customers. I just sat down & there she was. Took my order right away & I got my drink so fast. I was impressed. I had the Sweet & Feisty pizza it was delicious. I will definitely be back.

They say they are open to 10pm on the sign but an angry and upset employee put chairs up and told multiple people at 9:30pm they were closed then tried to say it is based on flights. There Airport right now 9:37pm is busier than I have seen in years and this guy has the audacity to continue to say it is based on flights. Super rude. I wouldn't go here. If you are closed based on flights you should say that and not mislead the consumer.

The Pep pizza had tons of cheese. Good quick airport food.
Hit or miss honestly. This place came recommended. I might try again but it wasn't what I thought it would be. Dough was tasty but the other toppings either were slim or tasteless. Staff was nice and the location is ok.

Ordered a pizza, waited 20 minutes, as I was told upfront it would be 15, went up and was told they “never got the ticket” and they would remake but it would be another 15. Didn’t have more time to wait, Took a few minutes to get a manager over, who did refund me, but I as not able to refund the tip I left for “good service”. Normally the food is good.

Ordered a pizza and after 25 minutes asked about the order, which was never put in...with no explanation. I asked for a refund which the manager ran my card (I have the receipt) and have been charged for the pizza with no refund to date. As I'm now back in SC there is no contact information for who to talk to.
