Food was absolutely delicious! There was only one server working, and she did an amazing job keeping up with everyone. Our food came out quickly, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The Carne Asada tacos and the Cubano sandwich were both incredible — definitely worth stopping here for a great meal before your flight.

I had a rough first leg of travel and stopped here on a layover. Heather turned my day around! She had a full bar and will welcomed me with a big smile, excellent communication, and efficient service. She talked about the menu, checked in often, and kept my drink full despite how busy it was. One of those excellent “I’m busy, but I got it, and I’m happy to help” attitude that I extraaaa appreciated in an airport setting. Thanks, Heather!!

Kiana was a great server. The food was tasty, fast, and delicious. I had the carne asada tacos. They came with black beans and cilantro rice. The rice was finely chopped and mixed with sweet corn, giving a unique texture and a new spin on a much beloved side dish. I washed it down with a bright and delicious non-alcoholic pineapple ginger 🫚 cooler that I added vodka to for a grownup adult beverage with a kick!
All in all, if you saved a bunch of money on your airfare flying Frontier and you are happen to be across from way at gate F9, stop in to Humble Taco and Torta to get your taco fix!

In the airport, quiet but busy place. Lots of seating. Just grabbed a Shirley Temple at the bar.
Was $5.16 which is expected for the airport. The bartender was nice and was quick and efficient.

Very good customer service, but the food isn't as good as I'd expect. Mexican comfort food is flavorful, and what I ate didn't taste like anything. Thank you.

Steak torta sandwich, scant overcooked steak bits, under cooked onions and peppers with cheese. Comes with bland rice and black beans. So disappointing.

The worst taco we ever had, the tortilla was soggy, the bean was straight out of can and the ingredients weren’t even cooked. Would’ve given 0 star if I could

We were traveling with family to Phoenix and decided to stop at this restaurant—big mistake. The tacos were terrible, and to make things worse, they were out of rice, so they gave us chips instead. The beans tasted like they were straight out of a can.
My daughter, who’s usually not a picky eater, couldn’t eat her food. The chicken in her tacos tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for two days. I was honestly concerned she might get sick, so we didn’t take any chances—we paid and left.
Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
If I could give the restaurant zero stars I would

Humble is a standout spot inside Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport! The food and drinks are fresh, flavorful, and served quickly—perfect for travelers on the go or those with time to unwind.
What really made the experience exceptional was the amazing service from Heather and Kevin. Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely made me feel welcome. Their warm attitudes and attention to detail truly set Humble apart.
If you’re passing through Sky Harbor, don’t miss the chance to stop at Humble. It’s a breath of fresh air in airport dining!

As a hospitality manager of 7+ years, Our “server” Heather provided the worst service I’ve ever seen. There were literally 6 customers in the entire restaurant sitting at the bar only and she was in the weeds. It would take 10+ mins to simply take payment. Or even say “hi” to a customer walking in. She repeatedly refused to serve coffee due to “not having time”. Turned away a customers who only asked for water and told them to walk to the water fountain because she “didn’t have time to serve water”. Kept telling everyone how busy she was and how everyone needs to wait, while everyone was laid back and polite. She does not belong in the service industry if she can’t handle having more than one customer at a time.

Probably the best tacos I have ever had, much less the best food in the airport. Service was incredibly fast.

I’m sure it all depends on time, but contrary to other reviews, it was not too loud or crowded. No wait for tables and I sat at the bar. Rebecca, the bartender, provided fantastic service and despite being pulled in many different directions, she was calm and very polite — the very reason I’m writing this review! She deserves recognition for her good customer service! The jalapeño margarita was great and the food was great as well!

Torta (sandwich) is good. Carne and Queso has a lot of beef! Cubano is very tasty. Didn't try tacos here.
