Food came out ice cold, and the bartender never checked on me after dropping it off.
I left over half the food, and she still didn't ask how it was when taking it away.
Also didn't ask if I would like another drink when mine was empty.
Even while closing out, I was never asked how everything was.
Complete waste of $33.

Breakfast was good. The service was very helpful and friendly. The tables were clean. All around, good dining experience. I would eat here again. Barely made it for breakfast though... they should run breakfast till 11 -11:30.

Two absolutely atrocious entrées. The Carnitas was more like cardboarditas. Rice and beans COLD. The bartender was the only server, completely overwhelmed. She replaced both of our meals with two more plates of cold beans and rice. Don’t do it ever again $60 for what? We felt uncomfortable the moment we walked in. We should have walked out. Hopefully you have better luck. We didn’t. Whoever is in the kitchen I need to ask how do you send out two plates of cold food? The rice and beans have probably been sitting out all day at room temperature. This is food safety 101. Take your chances if you dare. And I’m sorry, replacing a plate of food that was just as terrible as the first round is not proper service.

Was at Sky Harbor sign said wait to be seated. I waited about 6 min with 2 workers glancing at me occasionally, but no one came to seat me. A waitress did finally come over and did not say anything..l said the sign says please wait to be seated...although 3 other people behind me walked in and seated themselves. The waitress said it does... and walked away without seating me.. the restaurant had 5 people in it when I walked up.. not sure why they drive business away. I win never set foot in one of their restaurants again.

Got a Cubano. It was pretty good. Really good for airport food. It wasn't pressed though which was weird. Some of the negative reviews talk about loud music but that seems to have been fixed at some point because the music was quiet when I was there

Their bartender, the girl with pink hair has zero manners On 08/09/2024 from :08:30 pm until they closed she had 5 guys on the bar table top loudly laughing and keep cursing with “F” word, the whole area of the airport around the restaurant was annoyed and you can see the travelers looking at them I understand she works for tips, but there are better ways to do it She was making them crazier and was ever louder than them They even started harassing people outside the bar, couple guys stood by looking the menu, they started making fun of them The 5 guys might be drunk but she should not be part of this mess and even louder than them

Airport location. They said the food would be done in time for my flight. It wasn’t. We waited almost 15 minutes and she said it would be done. We had to leave. We paid $60 and didn’t get any food. Now we have no food on our flight.

Stopped by to grab a drink. Person working there was nice enough but poorly trained and didn't seem to know much about drinks and products on hand. No mixers were available--despite advertising cocktails--so they could only do straight shots (yikes!) or serve wine/beer. Was shocked that a bottle of cider cost $10 which even by airport standards is excessive. Also noticed the staff member was super careful about pouring into the jigger and didn't even pour a full shot which is likely due to management being stingy in how they train to pour. Kind of only want to give one star but the staff member was pleasant at least and got the drinks and bill out fast which was appreciated with not a ton of time before boarding.
not the worst prices considering it’s in an airport. great staff and service!

Food was excellent (had the Carne Queso torta). Tasia, my server, delivered outstanding service. It ain’t cheap, but it’s an American airport in 2024. Recommend.

Food was terrible. Carnitas were hard and tasted like they were heated up in the microwave. Beans were straight from the can, no flavor. Rice was definitely overcooked and had no flavor. Best thing I had was the soda. Decent service. This was comparable to Filiberto’s. This was not worth $20 by a long shot.
