I have very low expectations of airport restaurants, but Heather was so amazing she really made the experience so much more personal! Fast, friendly, and delicious!!! I used to go to a different restaurant when at sky harbor, but I’ll be coming back for Heather’s great service!
We were looking for vegetarian options to eat at the airport before boarding. We stumbled on humble torta & taco 🌮 which was very near to our gate.
They did have 1 vegetarian dish that was taco and burrito, we got that with side of beans, salad and rice. The portion was good enough for 1 person. Since we were hungry we thoroughly enjoyed the food. Our server was kind and friendly.

Nice and quiet. The FRIES ARE AMAZING 🤩 I got them without the queso fresco because a four hour flight and cheese don’t go well together. 🫢
I had the Paloma and it was delicious and easy to suck down before getting on my flight and going straight to sleep.
