Served a raw cookie. It appears they aren't prepared to take late night customers. $5 by the way.

Expensive. Long wait. Good cookie but not worth the price. 3 plus

Would not ring me up at the price listed on the menu. Said limited time 3 scoops on a classic cookie for $10. And they tried charging me 15 then 13 then ended up being the tiniest scoops I’ve ever seen on the smallest saddest cookie I’ve ever seen on the tinest plate I’ve ever seen. we used to be a proper country

After dinner we stopped at Insomnia Cookies. Love this place. Cookies are warm and gooey with crispy edges. Perfect dessert! ?

Myrtle Beach, SC where I originally discovered Insomnia Cookies made me a fan. This Phoenix location is 30 minutes from my home in Laveen, 1 hour round trip. When I attempted to try the location in downtown Phoenix their delivery guy and I waited for over 30 minutes (11:10-11:40) and no one showed up so I left. Anyone who knows anything about that location I was forced to pay $5 for city public parking and walked away empty handed.

Weird texture, lacking flavor and sweetness. Bought a box of 6 to surprise my son and he stopped after the first bite asking if it was play-dough. Excited about them being warm and open late night but could've saved the cash and microwaved a QT cookie for a better product.

There were multiple customers just sitting in the lobby for a good 5 to 7 minutes before two people came out. Meaning I was waiting 5 to 7 l, the others were waiting 10 they said. I was picking up my order. My cookies were not warm. They were small and stale. I could have went to Frys across the street for a fraction of the price. Go to Crumbl.

There have been a lot of ads circulating about these cookies. The cookie in the ad was gigantic. I was told under that they advertised cookie was their gigantic cookie and not their basic cookie. That wasn't a big deal. Most ads have to have a hook.

I opted to try the regular chocolate chip and the regular peanut butter cookie. The cookie game is tough. There are so many GOOD cookies out there that I wouldn't waste my money on this place. I can get a decent peanut butter cookie from Fry's grocery store bakery. Fry's has a stronger peanut butter taste than the cookie from Insomnia was missing. It seems like the peanut butter chips were supposed to compensate for the lack of peanut butter flavor coming from the batter.

The chocolate chip cookie wasn't any better. It was meh. I would try the cookies in the 1.25 bag from Walmart instead.

The only thing that's keeping me awake is the regret I have from eating those cookies. If you want a really good cookie, go to Hunnie Butter on 12th Street.

Warm cookies with ice cream on top! It doesn't really get any better than this. The man behind the counter was super friendly and helpful.
