I visited on New Year’s 2026, and there was only one employee working while also training a new staff member. Despite the line being out the door, his service was absolutely phenomenal. He stayed calm, kind, and efficient under a lot of pressure…this guy truly deserves a bonus! Unfortunately, there was no option to tip digitally (cash only), so I’m sure he missed out on tips he otherwise would have received.

Placed an order on 10/3 for delivery of 213 cookies on 10/24 at 1pm. Well 1pm came around and according to the tracker the cookies were still being made. I called at 1:05 and the employee stated he was still packing up the order and a driver should be there soon. I called back at 1:52 and the employee stated the driver had just arrived and would be on their way soon. My order did not arrive until 2:35. An hour and a half late. The driver let me know he was at the store waiting for 45 minutes and that the insomnia employee looked stressed as he was by himself trying to box my order and help customers in the store. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a $5 gift card. Lol. Thanks?
And to make things worse…. I was in the store 2 weeks ago and confirmed my order with a woman who said it was “her store” she said “213 cookies is nothing… I’ve done events with 500+” do better girl, this is the second time this has happened to me (first time was a large pickup order and it was not ready on time) so you clearly can’t handle it or schedule your store appropriately.

Unfortunately this store sucks at customer service and wait time is unpredictably long for dashers and ubereat deliveries! It rarely happened to me that i entered the store and saw an associate on the counter. A lot of time online delivery orders are not started until we arrive at the store. They need to respect our time and change this behavior !

Worst insomnia location, I ordered a 6 cookie hi, they gave me 5, the girl behind the counter, was sneezing all over the cookies, I went at 1 PM and the front door was closed. They had to come and open the door for me. also, the Apple filled cookies were deformed. And they served the cookies with all the filled apple spilling out on all the sides. It was barely edible. I go to insomnia all this time. This is my first time at this location and I will never be back to this location.
Walked in and nobody came to the register. Had to call behind the counter for assistance and still waited a minute. They were out of three cookies I wanted, including gluten free. The whole reason I went was to get gluten free. Cookies weren't even amazing. Just a cookie. Sad I went out of my way to come here.
