Hi× I wish you guys had a location more in Central Phoenix. I know there's like a Chompie's Express in the Fry's downtown. but there should also be like a real sit-down restaurant somewhere in Central Phoenix. There's already like 2 First Watches in Central Phoenix, but they're not as good.

terrible experience. I patronized the store on Cactus for years . I always ordered 2 salt bagels dry and toasted. I went in on a Sunday morning and the counter staff Claudia and the manager Serene tried to charge me $2 dollars extra per bagel just to toast them. yes , double the cost of the bagel just to toast it. I walked out in utter disgust , left several messages for a manager to call and explain how this could be possible. I will never go to any of their locations again...read full review
