I usually go at night sometimes when I want a good treat. The store is always cleaned and spotless. The manger that works at night is so cool and polite. The cookies are always fresh. Couldn’t asked for a better experience getting good dessert.

Best cookies anywhere, tho' pricey. We got there 15 minutes after opening yesterday with a long list of cookies to get for family members and the young man (manager?) navigated our order flawlessly. He was friendly, well-informed, and made not one mistake. Our favorites:

Edit: they're delicious. It's a business. Handmade cookies, it seems. Always fresh. Love them. Great customer service.

Original: They taste delicious, but they're pricey and size varies by flavor. The m&m was like $3 and super tiny. Not worth it. Paid $24.31 for 6 cookies. 4 deluxe and 2 original. Original cookies are very small. If they were bigger and all same size for type of cookie (deluxe/original) it wouldn't be bad.
