I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

Needed a cool place to stop for lunch. Always get ample servings at a readable price. Drink specials are nice as well. Service was good
We walked in and no one at hostess stand. We waited 10 minutes and finally walked around and saw a young man in a conversation with young gal. We asked if he worked there and he said yes, he did not offer assistance so, my husband asked do we wait to be seated or what? He said sit anywhere. We sat, I grabbed menus myself. After 13 minutes and we saw no one, we decided to just go somewhere else. Poor service, poor communication and it felt like they didn’t seem to care if they had patrons or not. I would not go back, this particular chilis makes them all look bad.

Stopped in after going to a show at MIM. It was around 10 on Friday night, not very busy. We just got wings and a house salad which was fine. I wanted to write because the staff was so helpful and attentive. Even though we were not a big party or a big order they made sure we had everything we needed, and were pleasant and friendly. I'll keep it in mind for future post concert meals, next time I'll try the enchiladas.
