All of Chef Joeys restaurants are the best in Phoenix and Scottsdale area. Every location gives you WOW experience. So elevated!!! The food, the ambiance and meeting Chef Joey in person is amazing. I highly recommend all of his food.
I'm a member of the group New Yorkers Eating in the Desert, and pizza lovers. I ordered the lox plate. They made it for me. It was absolutely one of the best bagel and lox sandwiches I've had in a good while.

I legit could not say enough good things about this place! We are from New York here on a girls trip and so glad we came here! We loved the food and drinks! Also Matthew was the best! Please bring one of these stores out East!

Based on the reviews, The Delicatessen by Chef Joey offers a very nice space with lots of natural light, though it can be a bit loud at times. The restaurant consistently provides quality food and service, with a lot of menu choices and delicious food. Specific meals mentioned include a breakfast bagel, iced latte, bagel of the week (including the Dot Bagel), the Reuben “badda bing”, a burger, the Brooklyn, espresso egg cream, perogies, and the Lox and pastrami sandwich. The portions are impressively large, and the burst of flavors in every bite is rich and satisfying. The service is wonderful, with people who are very nice, helpful, and smiling at all times. Guests can enjoy white and red wine, prosecco, and bar seating with taps of beers. Overall, it is a great dining experience, and many guests would come back.
