Food was great. But seriously 😐 Can you give the defaulted sauces out. I ordered an egg roll. I shouldn't HAVE to ask for sweet and sour. This location you literally have to ask for each sauce you want.

They are good at third party orders but god are they so rude if you order at the drive thru. The employees always have an attitude of inconvenience towards customers every time ive come here in person. I work food industry too and wouldn’t act that way over a general order being taken in the drive thru, yes i work drive thru too… please embrace some hospitality for your business.

It's always iffy. We'll went last night to get something and the lady that was taking orders just the tone in her voice was rude. We asked about sauces and she closed the wi dow on us then when we asked if she had a certain sauce she disrespectfully told us she will tell us again when she opened the window again then went to rolling her eyes at us. I will she that I am glad that I am a mom now!!! However we will never return back there or recommend people to go to the one on 7st & maryland!!!

I use the app it's condescending, and when I pointed this out shockingly, this app refused to allow me to make sales I don't give a shred of care to their feelings. They don't care about my feelings and it's: tacos and burgers, not anyone's.feelings the app alone is like an anarchists nursery, a bunch of screaming and crying with no cogent points

This restaurant was out of every diet soda it carries. Wish I had known that before ordering 2 combo meals. No signs or verbal before ordering inside.

They got our order wrong like three times through the drive-through they tried to charge us like $40 when we got one meal and 2 tacos and then when we told them they had it wrong then they tried to charge us two dollars just for the tacos

Jack in The Box brings back alot of my High memories lunch we would hang out and have lunch there . Today I still take my kids the love the 🌮 and the ultimate Bacon burger, curly fries.

I cant give them a rating on anything else. They wouldnt allow me. I am working a construction jobsite nearby. Naturally dirty from picking up materials. Its my habbit to wash my hands before I sit down to eat. Mangager denied the use of bathroom and I even felt discriminated against. He Said I needed to buy before anything. I even offered to leave my 1k iphone with him to prove its ok. He still denied. This guy is not going to change my good habbits. Not worth eating here. Not to mention but I usually buy food for a crew of ten. Principles before rudeness. No wonder this place was empty. Definitely Jack in the crack.
