I walked in the door at 9:58 to order something to go. I stood there for 5 minutes and then was told the lobby was closed. Was refuse service and the employee was rude. There was people available to take my order and the drive-through was still open. This was trashy.

Drive thru employee did not understand what I said and then she told me I had to use cash to buy a gift card (which was NOT true since I had purchased 3 cards previously with credit cards).

We went through this JITB at 2am on a Saturday night. The service was SUPER FAST, the food was SUPER FRESH, and they gave us a LOT of ranch for the 24 tacos we ordered! The staff were very polite, and the food was awesome! I definitely would come through again next time im in the valley.

I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had at one of your locations on the night of 08/04/2025 around midnight. I had a coupon for $5 off an order of $20 or more, which clearly stated it expired on 08/04/2025. I visited on the same day, but was told it had already expired and that it would not be honored.
While I was already disappointed about that, the behavior of your employee, Zenia R, made the experience much worse. She was extremely rude—rushing through the order, cutting me off when I tried to speak, and repeatedly saying “anything else?” without giving me a chance to finish. Even at the window, she didn’t greet or thank me, and her attitude was downright nasty.
I don’t expect to be treated like that when I choose to dine at your restaurant. Basic courtesy and respect go a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking during this visit.
I hope this issue is addressed and that Zenia R receives proper guidance on customer service. I’d also appreciate some follow-up regarding the coupon situation.

I have used jack and box since it opened up in the Phoenix area.
Bring back your the higher quality ingredients. This franchise has gone down with food quality. The food seems to be getting worse as corporate greed continues to climb. Cheaper ingredients to save money…etc. Curly fries were horrible! Barely edible throughout the complete order of curly fries. Texture made it seem like eating paper mixed with potatoes. I would not recommend due to the decline of quality ingredients.
