We went through this JITB at 2am on a Saturday night. The service was SUPER FAST, the food was SUPER FRESH, and they gave us a LOT of ranch for the 24 tacos we ordered! The staff were very polite, and the food was awesome! I definitely would come through again next time im in the valley.

I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had at one of your locations on the night of 08/04/2025 around midnight. I had a coupon for $5 off an order of $20 or more, which clearly stated it expired on 08/04/2025. I visited on the same day, but was told it had already expired and that it would not be honored.
While I was already disappointed about that, the behavior of your employee, Zenia R, made the experience much worse. She was extremely rude—rushing through the order, cutting me off when I tried to speak, and repeatedly saying “anything else?” without giving me a chance to finish. Even at the window, she didn’t greet or thank me, and her attitude was downright nasty.
I don’t expect to be treated like that when I choose to dine at your restaurant. Basic courtesy and respect go a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking during this visit.
I hope this issue is addressed and that Zenia R receives proper guidance on customer service. I’d also appreciate some follow-up regarding the coupon situation.

Bring back your the higher quality ingredients. This franchise has gone down with food quality. The food seems to be getting worse as corporate greed continues to climb. Cheaper ingredients to save money…etc. Curly fries were horrible! Barely edible throughout the complete order of curly fries. Texture made it seem like eating paper mixed with potatoes. I would not recommend due to the decline of quality ingredients.

They are good at third party orders but god are they so rude if you order at the drive thru. The employees always have an attitude of inconvenience towards customers every time ive come here in person. I work food industry too and wouldn’t act that way over a general order being taken in the drive thru, yes i work drive thru too… please embrace some hospitality for your business.

It's always iffy. We'll went last night to get something and the lady that was taking orders just the tone in her voice was rude. We asked about sauces and she closed the wi dow on us then when we asked if she had a certain sauce she disrespectfully told us she will tell us again when she opened the window again then went to rolling her eyes at us. I will she that I am glad that I am a mom now!!! However we will never return back there or recommend people to go to the one on 7st & maryland!!!
